CALL FOR APPLICATIONS / Junior IT Engineer (Software)

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain and regularly update the S-PAQ system under the supervision of the Lead Engineer and in coordination with the medical department;

Design and develop software and applications related to the company’s activities;

Manage and update the company’s website, social media pages, and servers;

Monitor and report on S-PAQ Web activities;

Prepare user manuals for the company’s equipment and services;

Maintain regular communication with the Lead Engineer to ensure quality and innovation in services.

Reporting line: Operations Manager

1. Education and Qualifications

Degree: Master’s degree (Engineering School, Master’s in Computer Science) or equivalent.

Specialization: Programming, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field.

2. Required Technical Skills

Programming Languages:

Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java, Kotlin.

Databases:

Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).

3. Personal Qualities and Soft Skills

Curiosity and eagerness to learn: Ability to quickly acquire new technical skills.

Team spirit and collaboration.

Communication skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and ask questions when clarification is needed.

Attention to detail and code quality.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Autonomy and initiative.

Languages:

French: Native or fluent.

English: Professional proficiency (written and spoken) for communication with international teams, clients, and for report writing.

Knowledge of any national language is an asset.

Mobility: Must be able to travel frequently to Kenge or other regions.
